INTRODUCTION



The Central Coast Low Vision Council (CCLVC) is a volunteer, community based group which has been gaining momentum since 1999. The diverse membership consists of people of all ages with and without visual impairments who are residents, students, and professionals in San Luis Obispo County. You are invited to call for information about the Central Coast Low Vision Council. Please come attend our monthly meetings which are held the first Tuesday of each month.

We offer a heart-felt thank you to the dedicated members, volunteers and friends of the Central Coast Low Vision Council for over 125 hours of collaboration to bring forth this third edition of the Resource Directory.


Funding to print the directory was generously provided in part by the Central Coast Assistive Technology Center, Lions Club of Cayucos, Mr. Penn Jillette (Penn & Teller), Martha McDowell, and Mike and Tanya Murphy.
